GROUP COACHING: SYNERGY LEADERSHIP CIRCLES
Synergy Circles provide nonprofit leaders with a safe space to build their leadership capacity and mindset with the support of their peers and a trained facilitator so that leaders are free to discuss the unique challenges and experiences of serving as nonprofit leaders.
Relationships rule. In an age of collaboration, nonprofit leaders need to learn to move from a scarcity to abundance mentality of leadership. Our facilitator is adept in supporting groups as they build familiarity, comfort and trust. By creating a confidential, synergistic learning environment, leaders support one another in problem solving with those who have different points of view.
Discussion topics are driven by group members and might range from leading Boards to capacity building. The role of the facilitator is to keep the conversation moving forward so that participants can begin to synthesize new approaches to complex problems. Real leaders will be working on real problems with a focus on listening, reflection and collaborative inquiry with others learners.

Our customized work with your Board focuses on three specific modules. Each module is available individually as a two-hour stand-alone program or collectively as a full day Board retreat.
